These terms and conditions apply to the website and remote sales of Ne Leipomot Oy (Ne Keksit). The terms were last updated on 13.08.2024 and remain valid until further notice.

Ordering
Customers select products from the website and place orders via email or the shopping cart on the site. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the prices listed under "Prices".
Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the desired time. Orders over 50 pieces should be made 48 hours in advance.
Ne Keksit will send an order confirmation by email within an hour of placing the order, detailing the order time, prices, and quantity.
Customers must provide accurate information and are responsible for the correctness of their details. Customers agree that Ne Keksit may contact them via email or phone for order-related matters/questions.
Delivery
A delivery fee (5 euros) is added only for orders under 20 euros. This fee is added to the product price and disclosed in the order confirmation. Deliveries are available in Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa. For other cities, delivery can be arranged by Posti with an additional fee.
Order cancellation and liability for errors
Customers can cancel an order via email or phone up to 1.5 hours before the delivery time. The online store has a statutory liability for any defective products. As fresh food, products sold from the online store do not have a right of cancellation, return, or exchange (see Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act).
Prices
Products are charged at the price listed on the website at the time of delivery. Prices include VAT. Delivery is free in some areas of central Helsinki. Different areas are listed under the "Prices" tab. A 5 € delivery fee is added for deliveries outside the specified areas.

All our products may contain traces of nuts and animal products, as everything is made in the same facilities. All allergens for each cookie are listed on the website under the “Cookies” section. Changes to the service or terms
The online store may modify the website, prices, or these terms and conditions. The customer accepts any changes by placing a new order.

- Debit/Credit Card: All credit or debit cards with Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay logos, and payments made through NFC technology using Google Pay or Apple Pay.

- Invoice: Available for business customers at no additional cost. We need the company’s billing address and business ID.
